We are looking for a, Analyst, Protective Intelligence who will report to the Lead, Global Security and who'll be tasked with (i) collecting and interpreting raw data to identify risks, opportunities, trends, patterns and anomalies; (ii) performing detailed analysis; and (iii) communicating clear, concise, and actionable results and messages uniformly across the business.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:


Research, investigate and assess social media and open-source information to produce actionable intelligence reports, presentations, briefs, and threat assessments to protect executives, talent, and productions.


Proactively identify, monitor, and report on imminent threats and develop training standards for Operators to assist with 24/7 threat monitoring.


Manage, organize, and audit protective intelligence platforms; develop processes and workflows to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal data privacy laws.

Identify and build search criteria for effective use of social media and asset monitoring platforms.


Develop and maintain relationships with BRP Investigations, Legal, HR, Cybersecurity, and BRP Security Teams to assist with sensitive corporate investigations.


Partner with cross-functional teams within Global Security to collect, scope, and develop intelligence requirements, as well as gather feedback about delivered intelligence products and improve how we support the business.


Support tactical intelligence needs by proactively identifying emerging threats, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) from various BRP Departments and Business Units, and publishing situational reports and updates on imminent threats to the business.

Assist with writing city/country/locale risk assessments and trend analysis to protect BRP employees, facilities, supply chain and operations worldwide.

Develop and maintain relationships with external intelligence partners, federal law enforcement, and other public agencies (DSAC, OSAC, InfraGard, etc.).


Support the TL, Security Strategy Policy, Intelligence and Planning with large-scale projects, contingency planning, documentation, building executive briefs, crisis plans, etc.

Be available to occasionally travel in support of operations in the US and overseas.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:7 to 10 years of experience or college degree with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably supporting and/or an understanding of recreational sports vehicles.

Ability to ingest huge amounts of data, synthesizing it, and using that information to help their company make decisions.

Ability to quickly forge productive relationships and build networks at all levels, internally and externally to BRP.

Strategic team player with high integrity and ethical standards.


A profound appreciation and interest for current domestic and global affairs, geopolitics, and history - be an avid consumer of multiple points of view and can think critically to articulate issues in a straightforward manner.


Effective presentation and writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with a variety of audiences including executives, talent, clients, and employees.

The person shows curiosity, discipline, autonomy and initiative in his or her work.


Ability to identify and solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision, at times under adverse and stressful conditions.
