'''Duties'''- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures
- Assist in scheduling employee shifts and managing employee timeoff requests
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for staff members
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with managing financial resources
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems for administrative tasks
Salary:
$12.35-$46.34 per hour
