What you will do:

Servicing customers, offering product knowledge and direct sales service to ensure customers' needs are satisfied; processing returns
Ensuring all items purchased are properly entered into the computerized order, allocated and method of payment is efficiently processed
Receiving requests and responding to enquiries from customers in person or over the phone
Selecting customer pickup orders
Keeping the counter and pickup areas clean and organized
Processing daily branch paperwork
Providing quotations and processing orders on behalf of sales staff
Expediting deliveries and handling customer concerns
Any other projects or duties as assigned

What you will bring:

Fire Protection product knowledge or related experience is required
Computer literate. Knowledge of AS400 system an asset.
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team; capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Forklift certified or ability to be certified would be an asset
Able to lift and carry a minimum of fifty [50] lbs repeatedly, bend, twist, stand, walk for long periods
