Job Summary:

The Brink's National Client Services (BNCS) department is dedicated to putting the customer at the centre of everything we do while ensuring we deliver best in class customer experiences We are looking for individuals to join our team who are passionate about customers, like to solve problems and offer effective
solutions.


Availability:


Must be available to work Monday-Sunday - 3pm-11pm, 5pm-1am and Midnight-7am shifts and either a Saturday or Sunday shift each week.
You must be flexible to work any of the 3 above shifts to qualify for this job.

You will be scheduled approximately 25-32 hours/week.


Location:
Etobicoke Ontario (100% in office. There is no remote option for this position)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Trouble shoot technical issues with both customers and crew members on a wide range of issues critical to business continuance
  • Engage with a variety of internal partners to find timely resolution on customer requests and concerns
  • Work within a specified framework and processes to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Execute the delivery of specific reports through the day
  • Be engaged to support adhoc projects and be the primary point of contact for customer outreach

Must Have Qualifications:


  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in English and French
  • A positive attitude and a desire to seek ways to improve processes and offer suggestions on how to make things better for all
  • 2+ years' experience in a Call Centre, Customer Facing role or Help desk environment
  • Calm demeanor with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines
  • You are a team player who believes that we win as a team or not at all
  • Some technical savvy and the ability to walk a customer through to a solution over the phone
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written can deliver a message in a concise and easily digestible manner for a wide audience
  • Ability to work in a 24/7/365 day operation where shifts are scheduled based on business needs
  • Experience working with technology

Nice to Have Qualifications:


  • Experience working within the transportation/security industry
