Responsibilities:


1.


Management Reporting:


  • Provide comprehensive support for business unit dashboards, ensuring accurate and insightful data representation.
  • Lead the development of business unit dashboards, both from technical and strategic standpoints.
  • Analyze product positioning and contribute to strategic insights on business growth.
  • Foster a proactive approach to understanding and analyzing business performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:


  • Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting schedule, ensuring timely and accurate financial planning.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and field personnel to review and refine budgeting plans.

Administrative Processes:


  • Develop a deep understanding of payables and costing processes, serving as a liaison between accounting, headquarters, and field teams.
  • Train team members on effective payables and costing procedures.
  • Optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency, allowing the product team to focus on strategic marketing efforts.
  • Provide improved cost information and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Business Administration:


  • Manage various administrative aspects, including AWSA compliance, insurance coordination, documentation maintenance, regulatory compliance (NH3 ERAP), and training records management.
  • Oversee data submissions and inventory administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

IT Expertise:


  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Access, mentoring others in their usage.
  • Possess a strong understanding of business software, including AGRE and GMS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT teams on software development and transition projects.
  • Act as the primary source for document creation and training materials.
  • Engage in internal and external projects, such as ecommerce implementation and agronomy software integration.

Process Improvement and Training:


  • Develop and refine operational processes, offering innovative solutions and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess the impact of business unit changes on accounting, inventory, and other management areas.
  • Implement solutions through training, ensuring a smooth transition to improved practices.
  • Advocate for the recognition of the value of administrative and software advancements, emphasizing their role in enabling datadriven decisionmaking and resource optimization.

Qualifications:


  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in management reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, inventory management and administrative processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Access; familiarity with AGRE and GMS is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, especially with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on process optimization.
  • Prior experience in training and process development is advantageous.
  • Ability to navigate ITrelated projects and collaborate with technical teams.
