IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary
Coreio is looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to maintain asset information in ServiceNow. Asset entry will include Hardware Asset Management information and is critical to the ongoing success of our client.


Responsibilities:

Specific to the Hardware Asset Management discipline, responsibilities will include;

  • Working on tasks assigned by the Senior Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst
  • Evaluating and handling requests to identify, discover and track hardware assets through the asset lifecycle
  • Manage assigned incoming tickets and tasks to confirm inventories
  • Knowledge should include experience with hardware asset classes, including but not limited to Servers, Computers, Mobile Devices, Network Gear
  • Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management is required.
Need to be in waterloo office once to twice a week.

  • Good ServiceNow knowledge
  • Understanding Hardware Asset Management processes
  • Solid communication skills
  • Able to work in complex environment and take direction from Senior Analysts
