Our Position

As a valued partner to the business, you are empowered to build and implement Talent Acquisition strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Global Talent Acquisition Leads, and Senior Business Leaders to fill vacancies.

Your role is to search for individuals with the right capabilities and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Your responsibilities involve proactive activities, anticipating talent needs, building sourcing strategies, and leading the overall recruitment process.

What You'll Do:

Elevate our employer brand through recruitment marketing on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms to amplify the reach of open positions.
Lead intern and summer student recruitment activities across the business, including partnerships with specific programs to highlight our value proposition to future talent.
Ensure that assigned recruitment services comply with Global Recruitment and countryspecific policies/guidelines.
