Our Position
As a valued partner to the business, you are empowered to build and implement Talent Acquisition strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Global Talent Acquisition Leads, and Senior Business Leaders to fill vacancies.
What You'll Do:
- Elevate our employer brand through recruitment marketing on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms to amplify the reach of open positions.
- Lead intern and summer student recruitment activities across the business, including partnerships with specific programs to highlight our value proposition to future talent.
- Ensure that assigned recruitment services comply with Global Recruitment and countryspecific policies/guidelines.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in managing matrix organization and a fastpaced environment
- Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
