Position Overview:

The Client Services Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing day-to-day operations related to client services, fostering positive client relationships, and providing support to our Clients Supervisor staff members.


Responsibilities:

Supervision and Mentorship:_

  • Oversee and provide mentorship to the Client Services Supervisors.
  • Ensure the team is equipped to handle daytoday client service operations effectively.

Client Relationships:_

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients with complex needs.
  • Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.

Stakeholder Coordination:_

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Actively engage with the community and local partners to expand the food bank's reach.

Data Collection and Analysis:_

  • Collect and analyze clientrelated data to inform decisionmaking.
  • Identify trends in demand, improve resource allocation, and develop targeted outreach programs.

Crisis Management:_

  • Play a crucial role in adapting operational strategies during crises or increased demand.
  • Collaborate with the executive team for broader crisis management and strategic planning.

Internal Communication:_

  • Act as a liaison between frontline staff and the executive team.
  • Ensure smooth communication channels, streamlining internal processes for a cohesive organizational culture.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Nonprofit Management, etc.) preferred.
  • Community Support Worker Diploma will be considered.
  • Proven experience in client services, operations management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Hours of work may vary and can include evenings and weekends.


To Apply:


Salary:
$58,240.00-$66,560.00 per year
