Working with multiple of Project Managers and reporting to your functional manager you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Upload deliverables for each Client assigned to the Project Manager
- Updating project and invoice trackers
- Issuing purchase order requests and entering them in accounting software
- Managing flow of incoming Client purchase orders
- Work with Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule
- Handle requests for information and data from colleagues and Clients.
- Manage company's document control protocol for the project
- Upload site pictures and site notes to server
- Review field data collected for missing data and/or transcribing error
- Administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
To perform this role successfully:
- Graduate of postsecondary Office Administration Program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth
- Minimum of 1 year as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership
- Detail oriented
- Have initiative and resourcefulness
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Fluent in English and in French

Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
