Your future role on our team


Under the supervision of the Director, Marketing and Communications, the incumbent will help develop and implement the firm's internal communication strategies.

The incumbent's assigned mandates will enable BBA to maintain a high level of employee engagement and ensure the high operational efficiency of its teams.

Develop creative and impactful internal communications campaigns.

Monitor the creation of the annual calendar of internal activities, including bi-yearly employee meetings, the Employee Giving Campaign and HSE Week.

Participate in the intranet redesign project (for rollout in 2023) and the implementation of new tools to maximize communications effectiveness
Integrate best practices for change management into proposed communications plans, especially when deploying sensitive and high-visibility projects.
Assess the scope of ongoing projects and proactively propose actions to internal clients to improve results.

Work with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to ensure the logistics of internal events and that intranet content is regularly updated.

Work with the team on various cross-functional marketing and communications projects.

Profile and essential skills

Bachelor's degree in Communications or any other relevant program
At least five (5) years of relevant communications experience
Bilingual (English and French)
Excellent business writing abilities
Proficiency with various computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Good knowledge of the web, social media, Google Analytics and AdWords


Asset:
Excellent knowledge of web content publishing software and online collaboration sites (SharePoint, etc.)
