What you'll do
The Recruitment Coordinator provides day-to-day support to a team of Recruiters.


Daily tasks include:

  • Process job change requests; issue offer letters for promotions/stepdowns, manage timelines, expectations and information gathering with our internal stakeholders as required
  • Workday Case Management: reply to submitted Recruitment and Collaborative Queue Cases within Service-LevelAgreement timelines, troubleshooting 1st level technical issues. Manage escalations by directing to appropriate teams
  • Support escalated due diligence checks, liaise with external vendors as required
  • Pull LinkedIn Insights Reports for Recruiters as required, Maintain Training Documentation and other process documents as required.

What you bring

  • 1+ years' of experience in Human Resources administration, ideally with exposure to Recruitment
  • Post-Secondary education in Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • Professional approach with the ability to manage highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Previous experience working with HRIS, ATS Systems and Workday a strong asset
  • Highly organized, strong sense of urgency with excellent follow up and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to change, anticipate team needs, recognize problems and offer creative solutions
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
