New Generation Concrete Ltd. - Surrey, BC

New Generation Concrete Ltd. is an established concrete company operating out of Surrey, BC. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The position will focus on supporting the Project Manager in new commercial and residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Organize & track material purchases & deliveries to construction sites
Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
Track onhand inventory for project use
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
Create, organize & maintain project planning and paperwork
Technical writing
Assist Project Manager in tracking deficiencies and project completion cleanup duties
Assist with field work coordination

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent organizational skills
2 years sales, purchasing, or coordination experience in the construction sector
Read and understand construction drawings
Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Business Management
Able to work independently
Fluent in English
Speaking Spanish is an asset
Good communication skills, both written and oral
