About this team


A day in the life:


The Portfolio Manager, Cybersecurity leads creation and drives portfolio processes that enable Cybersecurity Directors, and program/project managers across the Cybsersecurity portfolio under the guidance of Portfolio Director.

The Portfolio Manager partners closely all technology portfolio teams and support enterprise initiatives that impact each portfolio (ie. Provide inputs, plan alignment and communication and organizational change management) and other support functions such as FP&A and P&C to manage their responsible capability enablement.


They will work with global leadership - including but not limited to EMEA/APAC/China, where applicable, in order to incorporate needs of various teams in region.


  • Responsible for enabling new & existing portfolio capabilities that align with the vision of the Portfolio Director
  • Provide consolidated single pane of glass for portfolio priorities, roadmaps, financial management, labor strategy, vendor management, and other Portfolio capabilities for executive leadership within Technology organization
  • Represent the portfolio at leadership financial reviews as well as in discussions with stakeholders and business partners; providing insights into decision making and trends, including long term budget forecasts and spend decisions in partnership with Functional Portfolio Manager (where applicable)
  • Develop & maintain strong relationship with Enterprise Portfolio team on behalf of the divisional portfolio team and influencing and working with nontech xfunctional stakeholders
  • Ensures adoption of new and updated process to improve productivity including implementation of enterprise project & program processes
  • Provides input into Enterprise Planning & Portfolio Management and Global Operations teams to improve and optimize processes
  • Tailor Portfolio Management Capabilities (capability planning, dependency planning, etc) for Divisional Portfolio
  • Participate in Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) and Community of Practice (CoP)
  • Develop and measure clear KPI's on tech deliverables, derive key delivery insights
  • Responsible for supporting AOP processes
  • Find opportunities to influence Enterprise Planning and Portfolio Management & Divisional Portfolio Roadmaps

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years in portfolio management role; or equivalent experience in delivering technology projects with portfolio/enterprisewide impact
  • Proven experience in leading the strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities such as but not limited to, onboarding, recruiting, vendor management, capacity management, dependency management, resource management, annual planning process, workforce management etc
  • Proven experience enabling portfolio capabilities within Divisional portfolio to enable a division
  • Proven experience in financial management processes to be able to manage a large portfolio
  • Proven experience in software development (agile/waterfall) or operational delivery within high growth technology/retail company(s) is required
  • Highlevel understanding of the technology utilized, delivered, and services provided by the tech function
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
  • Comfort in presenting and communicating to across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent proven communication between team's and across portfolio is required
  • Ability to navigate moderate ambiguity, can drive clarity with support from leadership
