LIVE-IN SUPERINTENDENT POSITIONRESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING
This employment position includes a company-provided apartment.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our management team, and carry out the following duties:
- Cleaning
- Renting
- Building Administration
- Repairs and Maintenance
Pay:
$34,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Housing allowance
- Onsite parking
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Experience:
- Superintendent: 3 years (required)
