Job summary
The Subsea Installation Engineer is responsible for the Project Management Environment (PME) Stage 3 and 4 technical deliverables for the mooring replacement project. This role is responsible to work with the nominated installation contractor and anchor handling vessel contractor to deliver engineering documentation specific to the anchor handling vessel (AHV) activities associated with the project such that the project is technically prepared to move forward into execution.This engineer will provide engineering expertise, operational planning, and execution support to ensure safe and efficient anchor handling vessel activities. Travel offshore during the execution phase of the project will be required to fill this role as client representative onboard the nominated AHV.
- Provide oversight and technical assurance for all anchor handling tug contractor activities ensuring compliance with project specifications safety standards.
- Attend regular meetings between teams departments contractors equipment suppliers other third parties supporting development of installation procedures.
