Reporting to the Marketing Director
, the Marketing Manager, Acquisition will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers via paid media as efficiently as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead payperclick acquisition efforts including Search, Paid social, and Display campaigns.
  • Improve performance for both prospecting and retargeting campaigns using industry best practices within established revenue, CPA and ROAS targets, while working to diversify media mix.
  • Implementing testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creative, leadgen forms and landing page messaging and layout
  • Lead in managing the tools and relationships with vendors which support consistent and appropriate engagement with customers; working closely to ensure messaging maps to the overall brand strategy
  • Use data extensively to determine core metric benchmarks & evaluate against set targets
  • Keep up to date with new developments in the PPC and Paid Social domain
  • Work closely with other members of marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure proper planning, execution, evaluation and optimization of ongoing and new campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 5+ years of paid media experience with a focus on Performance media ( Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display)
  • Google AdWords Certified or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge in: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google AdWords Editor, Google Shopping ads, Facebook Advertising, Remarketing and Conversion tracking;
  • Previous experience working in online marketing or B2C ecommerce. Retail experience is a plus.
  • High sense of ownership and capable of driving multiple parallel projects to successful completion
  • Ability to achieve measurable results through expert analysis that is backed by hard data
  • Must thrive in a dynamic team environment with frequent changes and exciting pivots
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in working collaboratively across functional areas to drive results
  • Strong time management skills, above average ability to multitask proactively, manage multiple campaigns at once, and prioritize in response to issues as they arise
  • Positive, customerfocused approach and the ability to adapt to change is critical
  • Have a high comfort level with technology and software including a proficiency with Spreadsheets and Outlook
