General Responsibilities:

Study Investigational Product(s) (IP) preparation and repackaging within limitations set by training, experience and qualifications in accordance with study protocol and under the supervision of a pharmacy supervisor when required by protocol, sponsor

Pharmaceutical preparations for oral, parenteral, enteral, topical, intradermal, intravenous administration include but not limited to: compounded materials, solutions or suspensions, sterile compounds using aseptic techniques

Maintain inventory records for all IP including: receipt, dispensing, labeling, accountability, reconciliation of all study IP

Maintains policies and procedures regarding IP preparation according to GMP, GCP and company SOPs

Participates in clinical project initiation and all training planned for IP handling and/or preparation

Maintains dispensing records and secure storage for controlled substances in accordance with OCS (HC) regulations

Maintains and adapts control methods and restrictions to pharmacy areas and all drug storage units

Responsible for coordinating routine maintenance and service needs for all pharmacy dedicated equipment and for maintaining full records of equipment logs in accordance with company SOP requirements

Participates in IP information and other educational activities within the organization

Execute other duties as may be required by members of the Cliantha management team as training and experience allow


Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited pharmacy technician program

Currently registered as Pharmacy Technician within the appropriate local jurisdiction(s)

0-6 months experience in clinical research

Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
