Your role:


Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Construction and Strategy, the intern will participate in portfolio construction activities and the development of the capital allocation strategy.


Your responsibilities:


  • Conduct collaborative projects related to valuation and portfolio construction to develop investment recommendations (e.g., asset allocation, measuring the relative attractiveness of investment strategies, evaluating the diversification potential of a vocation or product;
  • Collaborate on various crossfunctional initiatives involving multiple internal teams to implement investment recommendations;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the development of the portfolio capital allocation strategy;
  • Perform portfolio diagnostic and positioning assessment, recommending capital allocation strategies to be undertaken based on cycle and longterm trend analysis to improve portfolio performance;
  • Work on strategic projects for senior management related to portfolio construction;
  • Monitor the evolution of the real estate market and portfolio based on strategic investment planning and current risks (concentration, partners, lease expirations, etc.)

Your profile:


  • Master's degree in finance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with strict deadlines;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
