Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required

Salary:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
