A day in the life as a Lending Support Specialist II:
- You will prepare and analyze lending reports (monthly, quarterly, annually etc.) and ensure all assigned lending activities follow legislation, regulations, policy, and procedures
- You will accurately process entries for new and existing commercial, equipment, and retail loans while handling documentation control and reporting
- You will ensure the accurate, timely, and thorough processing of agricultural and commercial loan/mortgage documentation, funding, renewals, reporting, and packaging; supports retail lending as volumes indicate
- You will support the process of continuous improvement of all processes specific to the preparation, registration, and maintenance of collateral securities, loan processing, and funding
- You will be accountable for more complex lending administration functions, including but not limited to credit bureau inquiries, posting financial entries, maintenance of loan reports, and responses to inquiries from other financial institutions
- You will provide administrative and direct support to the retail and business sales teams.
What you will bring to the table:
- Post-secondary education such as a Business/Office Administration diploma is preferred
- Three to five years financial industry experience is expected with a focus on lending administration
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
