Job summary

This is a Manager, Operations Process Owner role with a focus on Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Trade 360 Oversight.

Support a team of talented Business Analysts who are responsible for partnering with you in gathering and documenting processes,
analyzing for optimization through performance, quality and other key data sets,
identifying system requirements as it relates to process,
and testing applications.

The role will lead large scale transformational projects ensuring project requirements are translated into operational processes
during continuous improvement initiatives overseeing process documentation managing UAT and PIV testing partnering with PTO leadership
t influence external processes behaviors the role leads transformational change over multi-year time horizons through the implementation of next generation optimization technologies advanced reporting analytics.
