As a Client Experience Leader, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

Here's what we're looking for:

2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outwear, tailored clothing and madetomeasure. Experience in these areas is preferred.
An inspirational leader focused on recruitment, coaching and development of a team
A focus on driving longterm customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the instore and online customer experience.
Demonstrated interest and ability in developing others with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements.
Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives, individually and through one's team
