JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Complies with standards and procedures of industry, Safety Manual, and abide by safety rules.
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize workrelated accidents and injuries.
Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Monitor site changes and effectively communicate it to the office and client in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to browse electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
Must possess communication skills, selfsupervision, and respect for safety needs.
Must have valid class 5 drivers' license.
Must be able to pass security clearances.
Completion of a postsecondary education construction training program (minimum).
Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
CPR and first aid certifications (preferred).
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
