A secure, full-time opportunity exists to join our small but mighty team We are a full-service direct marketing agency located in the west-end of Mississauga.

We specialize in variable printing, direct mail processing, and fulfillment/logistics of marketing materials and consumer products for a wide range of corporate clients.

As the primary account contact, you will be liaising with clients, agencies, and internal departments from start to finish on all projects.

From assisting with creative development to organizing detailed project outlines and work back schedules, you will be working with several corporate clients that comprise your dedicated account list.

We need someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a proven multi-tasker. You have a hands-on approach; you show initiative, and you can solve problems as they arise.

Direct marketing is fast paced and sometimes frenetic, we value someone who can bring calm to the storm and laugh along with us when things get crazy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying client data files
• Preparing cost estimates for clients
• Organizing customer approvals for printed items
• Preparing detailed workback schedules and project instruction sheets for the Production floor
• Opening and billing of job dockets
• Introducing projects during daily production meetings and doing QC signoffs as necessary
• Attend onsite and offsite client meetings

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
