Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Outreach to potential clients (home builders, designers, renovators) for quoting opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive quote packages for new and existing clients.
  • Systematically prospect clients with professionalism.
  • Manage and update CRM database for customer contacts and opportunities.
  • Surpass individual revenue and estimate targets.
  • Drive local business growth, identifying opportunities for yearoveryear revenue increase.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues.
  • Attend to walkin clients at the showroom.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions for operational improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in outside sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and create opportunities for business growth.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Detailoriented with effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitors.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
