Job summary
We are looking for an organized individual who enjoys helping at fun-filled and rewarding special events and fundraisers. You will assist with set-up & take downs of special events, help secure donations for silent and live auctions,assist with fundraising activities which may include mailings, filing, telephone calls and organizing events with groups?
Distribute posters & brochures about our fun-filled events.
Assist with event logistics such as displaying items, registration and cashing-out.
- To help organize and coordinate one or more of our fun-filled annual fundraising events.
- To assist with set-up & take downs of special events.
- Help secure donations for silent and live auctions for some events.
