    As a valued member of our bakery team, you will operate machinery to prepare high-quality products while upholding safety and sanitation standards. We seek detail-oriented candidates passionate about producing excellent baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Operation of high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production line
  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring the line equipment
  • Liaise with appropriate staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards
  • Keeping a working stock of raw materials required online at all times
  • Operate and monitor machinery that palletizes finished products as required
  • Data entry of inventory data into the warehouse management system as required
  • Operate forklift and manual lifting as required
  • Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
  • Other duties as required
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / G.E.D required
  • Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
  • Ability to work rotating continental shift schedule- 2 weeks days and 2 weeks night (7-7)
