    Job Summary

    Tim Hortons is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Full-Time Day Shift Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Team Member, you will be the face of the Tim Hortons brand, ensuring every guest feels welcome while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service at all times

    • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards and recipes

    • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and responsibly

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations

    • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations consistently

    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues in a professional manner

    • Assist with restocking supplies and inventory as required

    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities during peak business hours

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Customer-service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    • Basic math and cash-handling skills

    Experience

    • Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory

    • Training will be provided for motivated candidates with the right attitude

    Working Hours

    • Full-time position

    • Day shift availability required (including mornings and afternoons)

    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business needs

    • Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices (training provided)

    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
