OVERVIEW
Can you sling a tweet faster than a barista can pour a latte? Are you at your happiest in the middle of a heated internet debate about the best pizza toppings? (Spoiler: It's pineapple. Fight us.) — Well if you just shouted "YASSSS" at your screen, you might be our next Social Engagement Coordinator.
You'll be responsible for charming our brand communities, engaging in online banter, brewing up trends, and inspiring some serious FOMO.
You'll be the voice of our brands, the mediator of our conversations and the maestro of our online harmony.Sound like you? If so, we can't wait to meet — no matter who you are, where you come from, or what your favourite pizza topping is.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Post on the clients' various social channels regularly and make sure all posts are QAed and go live in a timely manner
- Be on top of social media best practices and help identify trends relevant to each of the brands
- Help build community guidelines specific to each brand
- Moderate and respond to comments/feedback and DMs in a timely manner
- Engage in real time on behalf of the brands to build connections/relationships with the community
- Understand tone of voice of different brands and be on top of brandrelated conversations
- Generate a monthly engagement report that will be sent to the client
- Use _Sprout Social_ to create Social listening reports and identify trending topics
- Participate in brainstorm sessions to come up with content ideas across various platforms
- Assist with general departmental and organizational tasks, as required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience_
- Experience engaging with social communities
- Knowledge of the different social media platforms
- Strong and versatile creative writing skills
- Bilingual strong written and oral communication skills in both English and ideally
French: - Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and decisionmaking skills
- Responsible and autonomous
- Ambitious, outgoing and a team player
- Ability to deal with stress, pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Sprout Social is an asset
- University degree or college diploma in a related field ie. marketing, communications
