    Description

    What you'll do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to local Co-ops onboarding to central programming, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge and tools to successfully adopt and sustain programs locally. This may include the creation or refinement of training materials; leading virtual onboarding and support sessions; or support for onsite implementation.
  • Work closely with project leads to understand program drivers and identify Local Co-op business requirements. This will include maintenance of a database that will identify readiness, inform the development of rollout strategies, and assist in monitoring program implementation.
  • Assist in developing remediation plans to ensure local Co-ops are properly informed and supported to meet all requirements for program participation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring processes and documentation are established for program sustainment.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer", conveying local Co-op feedback to workstream leads to support process improvement opportunities.
  • Who you'll work with:

    You will report to the Lead CX Specialist, Program Implementation. You will work cross-functionally with many internal business units and external vendors to ensure local Co-ops meet business readiness requirements to participate in centrally managed programs. Together, you will ensure local Co-ops have a seamless, high-quality onboarding and sustainment experience.

    Success in this role is defined by the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, secure subject matter expertise, and garner support to resolve implementation issues.

    Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in Customer Experience and Strategy and:

  • Have 3-6 years of business experience including project management or program implementation.
  • Are familiar with business intelligence tools (ex. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos)
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
