Description
We are looking to add a Production Worker/Warehouse Associate to our Port Coquitlam location.
This is a rotational shift (7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm)
Responsibilities include:
- Entering production data during the shift
- Trimming parts with air/power/hand tools (router, drills, etc.)
- Ensure the proper setup of equipment
- Ensure production equipment meets safety standards
- Quality checking during production:
- Identify defect types
- Procedure for patching/storing of parts
- Filling out documentation for parts
- Using a forklift to move/set up equipment and products during shift
Requirements for the role:
- Physically fit (able to move objects that weight up to 45lbs)
- Able to stand, bend, reach, etc. for extended periods
- Good work ethic and team player
- Able to follow work instructions
- Excellent verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
What we offer:
- Fulltime 40 hour work weeks
- Health and dental benefits after 3 months
- Signing bonus: $500 after 6 months and $1,000 after 12 months
