As a Leasing Manager for Skyline you'll be responsible for professionally managing and overseeing the leasing function for all assigned properties in the retail portfolio in order to maximize overall occupancy and revenue in alignment with annual budgets while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

**What we look for**:

- Three to five years' experience with all aspects of retail leasing, including established knowledge of key contacts within prominent national retailer organizations and a sense of humour.
- Ability to negotiate, develop and prepare retail tenancy offers to lease.
- Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, tactfulness - to generate positive company image.
- Initiative and results driven. With this job, you gotta love closing the deal
- Ability to handle changing priorities and projects in a fast paced environment.
- Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Able to work a flexible schedule and travel frequently.
- Assist in translation projects (ENG/FREN) and any French correspondence required by the department.

En tant que Gestionnaire de la location, Bilingue pour Skyline, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la supervision professionnelle de la location pour toutes les propriétés de vente au détail qui vous seront confiées. Votre mission sera de maximiser le taux d'occupation et les revenus conformément aux budgets annuels tout en contribuant à notre objectif commun : offrir une valeur et une expérience exceptionnelles à notre clientèle, à notre personnel et à nos collectivités.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- De trois à cinq ans d'expérience dans tous les aspects de la location d'immeubles de vente au détail, notamment pour tisser des liens avec des personnes-ressources clés au sein de détaillants nationaux de premier plan tout en ayant le sens de l'humour.
- Capacité à négocier, ainsi qu'à créer et à préparer des offres de location d'immeubles de vente au détail.
- Sens éprouvé du professionnalisme, de la diplomatie et du tact afin de projeter une image positive de l'entreprise.
- Esprit d'initiative et volonté d'obtenir des résultats et de conclure des transactions.
- Capacité à gérer des priorités et des projets en pleine évolution dans un environnement dynamique.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéances.
- Capacité à s'adapter à un horaire flexible et à voyager souvent.
- Capacité à participer aux projets de traduction (anglais/français) et à traiter la correspondance en français pour le service.
