Rocky Mountain Equipment is currently searching for PSCs to join their progressive and growing organization.

The main responsibilities of a PSC are to build and manage customer relationships through face-to-face visits at customer locations, job sites, etc.

To perform follow-up activities on whole-goods deliveries, parts and service sales calls, address customer concerns, promote aftermarket sales, furnish technical support where applicable, and collect profiling information to enhance the customer experience.


Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:


  • Develop construction equipment business through gaining new contracts, analyzing problems and producing new solutions.
  • Market parts and service sales extended warranties, maintenance plans, machine inspections, etc.
  • Perform followup calls at customer locations
  • Manage and address customer issues and resolves problems
  • Profile customer machines in their fleet and provide all customer demographic data required with the dealer's customer database.
  • Participate in product presentations at customer clinics, open houses, factory sponsored training events, and dealership meetings
  • Assist Sales Department with after sales service calls to ensure equipment is operating at customers' satisfaction
  • Provide limited technical support when appropriate

Job Qualifications:


  • Experience in construction Service, Parts, or Sales
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (proposals, presentations, etc.)
  • Motivated by a position that offers the opportunity to help others or provide some facilitative service.
  • Strong and proven Time Management skills.
  • Motivated by the competitive, fastpaced world of sales and management.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Selfstarter, multitasker and selfmotivated.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
