- Safely operate paving machines to spread, smooth, level, asphalts on road beds, laneways and parking lots
- Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow and indicate low spots for workers to add material
- 3 to 5 years experience operating a paver on asphalt crew
- Valid drivers license and own transportation is required
- Working hours may require some weekend and evening shifts
- Ability to work in all different types of weather conditions
