Over 40 years in the industry with 40 employees working on strengthening their knowledge and connections in the industry, we are rapidly growing our business and need additional support to better service our clients.

We are currently looking for operations personnel with experience hauling cross border over dimensional shipments/open deck division to further assist our sales representatives to maintain their current client base and eventually allow them time to grow their business.

Day to Day Task:

- Tracking and Tracing shipments daily and providing updates to clients

- Coordinating with shippers and receivers for any pertinent information about the shipments. (Appointments, availability of the freight, proper dimensions, how we are to load/unload.)

- Collaborating with carriers and strengthening your connections in the industry.

- Calculating and optimizing the best routes based on the information provided.

- Dealing with customs for over dimensional shipments/ quickly resolving any issue that may arise.

- Building and dispatching shipments through our TMS system.

Who are looking for:

- Min. 2 years of experience with over dimensional preferred.

- Attentive to small details.

- Must be bilingual (French/English).

- Must work well under pressure.

- Good knowledge base of North American geography.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.
