The Opportunity:

O2E Brands is looking for a Collections Specialist (6 month contract) to join our rockstar team to support mitigating risk on new and existing national commercial accounts.

The position will be responsible for the collections of past due accounts, while also supporting sales growth, using top-notch collection and negotiation skills.

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

Review customer aging for delinquent accounts
Conduct collection calls, investigate/resolve disputes, and monitor for credit holds
Prepare customer statements and account reconciliations
Work closely with Credit & Collections, Sales and Sales Enablement teams
Weekly meetings with Team Lead, AR & Credit
Weekly team meetings to review collection status
Adhoc reports and functions as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous collections experience an asset
Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills
G-Suite skills an asset
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) a must
