Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Take and process food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks.
Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and promptly address any issues or requests.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary considerations.
Upsell alcohol to enhance the overall guest experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
Accept payment from guests and process transactions accurately.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
