Relevant du directeur, chaine d'approvisionnement, le technicien aux inventaires et chargé d'assurer le meilleur niveau de précision des inventaires des produits finis et des composantes.

À QUOI RESSEMBLE LE SUCCÈS

6 MOIS

Vous êtes familier avec les différentes procédures en place. Vous avez une bonne connaissance du système informatique. Vous comprenez les tâches à accomplir pour obtenir une précision d'inventaire optimale.

12 MOIS

Votre travail n'aura plus de secrets pour vous. Votre maitrise des inventaires sera évidente et vous participerez à des projets d'amélioration continue.

TOP 5 REPONSABILITÉS

1. Suivi des entrées et sorties de matériel contrôlé requis pour la journée.

2. Faire des suivis hebdomadaire de divers composantes de production.

3. Gestion physique de l'inventaire pour assurer la disponibilité des produits.

4. Décompte cyclique et sporadique de matériel.

5. Déplacer le matériel dans le système ERP.

EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Bonne maitrise de Microsoft Excel.
- Très bonne communication française écrite et parlée.
- Posséder un AEC ou DEC dans un domaine pertinent (atout).
- Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics (atout).
- Connaissance de l'anglais et/ou de l'espagnol (atout).

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the Inventory Technician is responsible for ensuring the highest level of accuracy in finished goods and component inventories.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

6 MONTHS

You are familiar with the various procedures in place. You have a good knowledge of the computer system. You understand the tasks that need to be completed to achieve optimal inventory accuracy.

12 MONTHS

Your work will no longer hold any secrets for you. Your mastery of inventories will be evident and you will participate in continuous improvement projects.

TOP 5 RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Tracking of incoming and outgoing controlled materials required for the day.

2. Perform weekly follow-ups of various production components.

3. Physical inventory management to ensure product availability.

4. Cyclical and sporadic counting of materials.

5. Move material into the ERP system.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Very good written and spoken French communication skills.
- Possess an AEC or DEC in a relevant field (asset).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (asset).
- Knowledge of English and/or Spanish (asset).
