_ WHAT YOU'


LL DO:
_


  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
  • Booking appointments with prospective tenants and contacting waitlist applicants for viewings
  • Conduct tours to potential residents
  • Completing cold calls and going off site to attract and bring in potential residents
  • Sign with new residents and their families that are interested
  • Reach out to partners and suppliers to set up information sessions
  • Conduct presentations at information sessions to create new prospects
  • Offer suites and coordinate the entry process, including, working with Health Resource to coordinate intakes, sign leases, and conduct walkthroughs
  • Coordinate the reassignment process for suites
  • Maintain an uptodate resident list and KPI's for Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Other duties as assigned

_What You Need to

Be Successful:
_


  • Working experience in a senior living environment would be considered an asset
  • 23 years of previous sales experience
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Selfmotivated, goal and serviceorientated, with a focus on customer service administrative experience as an asset
  • Ability to express enthusiasm in all situations
  • Experience using Yardi would be considered an asset
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites are required
  • Availability to work fulltime on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
