    The Staff Housing Coordinator is a vital member of the Staff Housing Team, reporting to the Staff Housing Supervisor, working closely with the Staff Housing committee. This role is responsible for delivering all aspects of our staff housing experience to the 600+ employees we house each year across our winter and summer seasons, ensuring each resident feels welcome, safe, and comfortable. The Staff Housing department is ever growing and changing, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. This role will assume responsibility for all staff housing residents, including hotel and resort employees.     Compensation Information:

    $39.000 per year

    Physical Requirement:

    Medium, predominately in an indoor setting

    This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

    Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for oversight of the Staff Housing administration regarding policies and processes, including check-ins/outs, internal and external communications, room allocations and resident relations
  • Attend weekly Staff Housing Committee meetings and provide regular reporting on occupancy as well as check-ins/outs, and table any incidents or issues that warrant a collective discussion/remediation
  • Act as minute keeper during the Committee meetings
  • Build relationships with staff housing residents throughout each season while ensuring they abide by policies and terms in the license agreement and handbook
  • Help to plan and attend Resident Relation events with the Staff Housing Supervisor
  • Assist with organizing each building's essential inventory and all unit provisioning (furniture, cookware and accessories)
  • Assist with organizing staff housing add on's and maintaining appropriate inventory levels (bedding packages)
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager on building maintenance needs and ensure proper attention and care of each property
  • Communicate with Facilities and Maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and proper function of Staff Housing rooms and common areas
  • In collaboration with SHS, conduct room inspections during residency and on departure and complete all relevant paperwork for Payroll processing
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years' experience in property management, hotel booking and reservations, customer service or guest relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of service orientation
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Effective written communication and documentation skills
  • Influential skills to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic Excel skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds (23kg)
