Purpose:

The Inside Sales Representative purpose is to work apps and close sales with approved dealers. This role will improve the process with departments to shorten the time in the queues to an approved deal.


Responsibilities:


  • Follow up and provide Inside
  • Problem Solving, listen, ask questions and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset, act like an owner by taking accountability for issues, and knowing when to collaborate and use your team to find the right solutions.
  • Product Knowledge, deeply understand the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommend products that will help achieve their financial goals.

Requirements:


  • 12 years of related sales experience
  • Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
  • Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory on a regular basis
  • Dexterous in using productivity tools and enduser software including MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
  • Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
