Job Description

• Create lesson plans, course materials, and curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and apprenticeship guidelines.
• Select, develop, and implement effective instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Promote a positive learning environment by planning and preparing engaging virtual or physical classrooms.
• Assess student performance through valid and reliable evaluations methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in Carpentry Trade (Red Seal certification preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade (including hands-on work experience).
