This position requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and support advisors in achieving their sales targets


Objectives include:

  • Induction facilitation
  • Deliver best in class new hire sale training for life insurance advisors focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM navigation and regulatory adherence
  • Facilitate effective sales training sessions:
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that focus on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and other essential skills necessary for success in life insurance sales.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to training principles: Monitor and assess the performance of Life Insurance Advisors to ensure they are effectively implementing the sales strategies and techniques learned during training.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support: Offer individual coaching, feedback, and mentoring to Life Insurance Advisors to enhance their sales skills, boost confidence, and help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Conduct sales performance evaluations: Evaluate the sales performance of advisors through regular assessments, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Enhance sales skills: Continuously nurture and develop the sales expertise of advisors by providing ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring to optimize their sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess performance: Regularly evaluate the performance of advisors during live calls, providing immediate feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive sales culture: Promote a positive sales culture by motivating, encouraging, and inspiring advisors, fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive and achieve their sales targets. At all times nurturing a professional work environment

Core Accountabilities:


Sales Training Delivery:

Facilitate engaging and effective sales training sessions for Life Insurance Advisors, ensuring the transfer of knowledge, skills, and techniques.


Performance Monitoring:


Monitor and assess the sales performance of advisors to ensure they adhere to the sales principles and strategies taught during training.


Coaching and Mentoring:


Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to advisors, helping them improve their sales techniques, overcome challenges, and achieve their sales targets.


Sales Skills Development:

Foster the continuous development of sales skills by delivering ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to optimize advisor performance and sales techniques
