Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (Master's or professional training a plus).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management (NGO or nonprofit background preferred).
