Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Cardinal Towing is seeking a dedicated Dispatch professional to join our team full time and play a crucial role in our operations.
As an integral member of our office team, we need someone to perform the following job responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling towing and roadside assistance services for customers.
- Accurately recording customer information, service details, and vehicle information in our database.
- Operate radio equipment
- Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with tow truck drivers to ensure timely arrivals and efficient service.
- Assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and paperwork.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proficient computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in dispatching, clerical work, or customer service is a plus.
We are currently unable to offer any work from home positions.

From $21.16 per hour
