- Successful completion of a 2 year Nutrition and Food Service Management Diploma and/or 2 year Dietetic Technician Diploma and/or equivalent education in Nutrition
- Available to work all shifts
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Recent satisfactory performance and attendance record
- Knowledge of and adherence to Brightshores 'CARE' Behaviours (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence)
- Advocates and supports a culture of patient safety and demonstrates an understanding of how the department service and assigned responsibilities contribute to overall patient safety at Brightshores through patient safety knowledge, skills and attitudes
- Recent experience working as a Diet Technician
- Experience with Computrition Software
- Member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM)
