In This Role, You Will:


  • Clean units under construction both inside and out
  • Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage
  • Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touchups and caulking
  • Performs intense physical labour on a daily basis

What You Bring:


  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
