Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
  • Provide guidance on financial decisions and strategies to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Proficient in financial software and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills:
  • Sales experience in a dealership setting is preferred
  • Customer service skills to build relationships with clients
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
  • Familiarity with financial services such as loans and leasing options

Pay:
$95,881.51-$124,864.51 per year
