Key accountabilities:

  • Confirmation of PI Supply Chain Operating Model & implementation of necessary adjustments (including alignment with Central
  • PI TOM, synergies with both Services and RSC Supply Chain organizations, alignment with PI onsite execution teams & in consideration of PI modifications scope that needs to be integrated)
  • Act as a Coordinator to support the GSI integration in NAM PI Sites (provide support to GSI Key User and Trainer in order to plan rollout in PI sites)
  • Identification of contractual supplier requirement specifications (contract deliverables) for project startups
  • Support customer site setup (and onsite execution teams) in terms of special tools, consignment and warranty stock,...
  • Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site (PI Supply Chain Support Team Backoffice) with regards to capital spares management, consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
  • Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
  • Sourcing support Supplier Performance monitoring: Contribute to claims and negotiations with external suppliers (regarding PI warranty and consignment materials' activities)
  • Support field modification preparation with materials, and tools
  • Ensure modification documentation considers spares' scope
  • Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Supply Chain Support teams
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in backcharging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

Profile Required:

  • Several years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement
  • Field Experience
  • Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
  • Installation and Test & Commissioning team
  • Team management
  • General Railway and Product knowledge
  • Railway safety
  • EHS knowledge and exposure
  • Customer contact


  • RAM

  • Problem Solving skills
  • Data analytics (Defect Management system)
  • Knowledge of systems and databases (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes & business flows
