What will you be doing in this role?:

  • Provide professional, high level client service with a "client first" approach
  • Provide insurance and investment administrative services and support to clients and advisors
  • Process endtoend insurance, segregated, and mutual fund new business, transactions and inforce service
  • Meticulously maintain electronic records and files, as well as ensuring timely followups
  • Follow defined and documented processes consistently and accurately
  • Contribute as a valuable part of a high functioning operations team committed to the success of our clients and CFC
  • Ensure compliance standards are met and consistently maintained
  • Build and maintain collaborative and constructive working relationships
  • Communicate professionally and effectively to clients, advisors, colleagues, and carriers
  • Able to take on special projects, as required by the management team

What should your experience and qualifications look like?:

  • Post-Secondary education in business/office administration, or related work experience
  • Proven experience in insurance and investment/financial services
  • Proven experience in client service
  • Proven experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with WealthServ, MGA and carrier knowledge an asset
